Granstone

Granstone completely renovated the original kitchen in our 1979 suburban home. This involved replacing the cabinets with custom built, cherry wood cabinets that are simply beautiful. The old floor has been strengthened and replaced with modern ceramic tiles. A custom built island is perfect for storage and dining. The backsplash pulls everything together wonderfully. We are totally thrilled with the outcome. Many thanks to Paige for all of her advice and management of the job. Many thanks to Kevin for the outstanding, high quality craftsmanship that he brought to this project. I would absolutely recommend Granstone for your home renovations.

I was looking to update my kitchen but didn't want to replace the cabinets at this time so choosing the right counter to compliment my existing cabinetry was important. I contacted 4 companies and decided to use Granstone based on their response to my initial inquiries, their online reviews, and their competitive pricing. The process was very smooth. They sent me to their granite Wholesaler so I could look at full slabs of granite and choose something that I loved. Paige helped me to choose backsplash tiles and when Solo came out to measure my counters, he also gave recommendations. Solo & Colin did a great job with the install as did Dan with the backsplash. Everyone was courteous & professional and they left my kitchen spotless. Paige was also very quick to answer any questions I had along the way. My older, very dated kitchen has an entirely new look and I am thrilled with it. I would highly recommend Granstone.

Great product and you certainly have a great value for what you paid. Great variety and many choices. The guys there are very helpful and make the whole process easy.

What can I say that is not positive, from there approach to customer service, professionalism and great support with design, colours and cost. We had Quartz installed and there staff also gave us there catalogue of faucets and sinks, great look, superb quality. The rapidity and honesty was never comprimised; product chosen one morning, a day after measuring, a week installation. ( and a perfect instal as well) So I ask, in my lifetime of home renovations, nothing was perfect, nor timely. I can now say I have had a stress free experience. In the Ottawa area, you can stop your research when it comes to counters and install, you found it. Thanks guys from our whole family.

Our experience from the initial showroom stage to final installation was exceptional. The office crew of Paige and Hayley were very responsive through the entire process as was Solo and the installation team. As our conversion to granite for the kitchen counter tops was part of an overall renovation to an older home, we required reinforcement/leveling of existing framing and this was arranged and performed very quickly as was the plumbing work which was all coordinated through the Granstone team. In summary, the quality of the product and care of installation was exceptional and I highly recommend Granstone and wouldn't hesitate if I required their services in the future.
