I foolishly had forgotten a wood screw in a pocket and it got stuck around the drum of my Bosh front loader dryer... The was grinding and scraping and impossible to use safely.
Raul from CertifIed Mechanical came the the rescue and patiently stripped the unit down piece by piece until he found the screw with a magnet. Then pulled everything back together like new and it was humming again like a kitten. A true wizard of Bosh!
