This curtain place is amazing. They are professional and provide warm service to their client. The lady who name Christina helped me. She has expertise about curtain business. Such as after showing her pictures she roughly knows the size, color suggestion, style. Also provide us best drapery recommendations. Highly recommend!

I've been needing some black-out curtains for my condo bedroom for quite some time. Our bedroom window is a bay window, and to make matters worse, it has an air vent immediately next to it. I imagined that this would be particularly challenging to figure out.

I got on HomeStars and had a bad experience with my first contact, so my morale was very low!

But then I spoke with Christina from The Drapery Shop and the experience was exactly what I wanted. We chatted over the HomeStars website exchanging information until I got an estimate. We stopped over in-person to have a look at some samples as well. Christina was super friendly, and explained everything to us. And believe me, she had to talk for a long while because I don't know anything about curtains! But she was very patient.

Eric came to take measurements and install the curtains and I was really happy with him as well. He was very respectful of our space, he was punctual, and he did a great job.

I also need to emphasize that I am the type of person that likes to handle my business through electronic form: Chat and Email primarily. I have no problem meeting in person or talking on the phone, but I am busy and I like the freedom to be able to engage in the conversation when its convenient for me. I felt like the team at The Drapery Shop were fine to communicate with me in any way I liked - and I really really liked that. I highly recommend this team, especially if you are a bit nervous about the whole process.
