Jack Aluminum Railings

This railing company is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. I typically research contractors prior to committing to service and wish I did further research on Jack Aluminum Railings. Jack appeared to be overtly pleasant at estimate, however. as soon as the work began that changed. I asked a simple question regarding layout to which Jack replied, “no ask question, I work, you pay me no matter what or go away.” I could not believe the tone and bravado exhibited by this individual. Upon completion of work I was left with massive holes in my concrete which required a separate contractor to patch up as the railings wobbled. The contractor even commented that the work performed by Jack Aluminum Railings was done by, “butchers.” Be warned!
