Multiple choice was a pleasure to deal with. We were looking for broadloom and were really pleased with their product knowledge, their honesty and disposition. Also the service we were provided with was very professional. We had called several carpet dealers and most of them did not bother returning our call or sounded annoyed having to provide info over the phone. Mulitple choice answered right away, gave us answers to all our questions cheerfully and offered to come show us the samples at our convenience with no strings attached. After we had a chance to look at the samples and some discussions we established we wanted to do business with no one but Multiple Choice. They figured out how much carpeting was required and we requested the installation be done on Sunday. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Sunday was now out of the question and we asked Multiple choice for Monday. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and the result is nothing short of "Amazing". We were especially pleased when they offered to come back if there were any problems at any time with the installation. Happy happy customers!! We would highly recommend you to anyone!!
