Megacity Paving & Patching Inc.

This is my first experience working through HomeStars and it has been extremely positive since it led me to Megacity Paving and Patching Inc. Their rating is so high that I wondered if they are really that good? Yes, they are worthy of the stellar reviews they are getting. They were professional, excellent at communication, respectful of the customers time and did a great job. They had to cancel the initial booking but were very good at letting me know in advance with apologies and had me re-booked within a week that accommodated my schedule. They confirmed the day before the scheduled date/time and again on the day of the job saying their “ETA in 25 minutes” which was on time as promised. While on site, the team were very pleasant to deal with, I was given a clear explanation as to what led to the problem, they kept a very neat workspace and except for the area of repair, you would not know they had been there. The repair looks great.
