I asked for their preventative maintenance for our 6 year old gas furnace. A technician came today and was right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable answering all my questions about service and maintenance. He found an interior leak and fixed it using parts from his truck - no extra charge! He even realized that when I replaced the humidifier pad, I put the housing on backwards preventing the damper from opening completely. He also showed me a way to keep the humidifier from wasting water. I was completely satisfied and found the hour he spent here well worth the $99 fee.
