I met Michael through my real estate agent for my new home inspection. Michael was very precise, detailed, honest and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him for a home inspection.

Commented every step of the way on the condition he was observing, provided guidance and set expectations on matters that would require corrective action. We had our house inspection on July 26,2016 with Michael at Milton . I'm glad I found the perfect inspector ., he inspects every inch thoroughly and he is very detailed. Aside from the inspection he also instruct us on how keep everything well maintained to prevent damages .

I have utilized Michael’s services on two occasions. On both occasions, Michael was able to complete extremely thorough and detailed home inspections within very tight time frames. During the home inspections, he took the time to explain in a manner that I was able to understand, the issues that needed to be addressed with the home and was able to provided recommendations as to how this work should be completed. Michael’s very detailed housing inspection reports were promptly delivered by the end of the day, and provided recommendations as to what time frame the work needed to be completed in. Michael even took the time to discuss the needed repair work with the tradespeople in order to ensure that the work was completed correctly and in the most cost-efficient manner. I look forward to continuing to work with Michael and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

We dealt Mike 2 times and didn't have any issue. Mike is very professional correct and very knowleadgable person. Every inch off the hause was inspected and report written in details. He also came in very short notice which made everything much easier for us.
