Holley Home Inspections

We hired Mike to come and inspect a property that we are interested in leasing. He went through each and every room, corner to corner and evaluated each space.
He was able to see things that were unnoticeable to us. He has such a keen eye for everything! He took the time to go through the entire space. Wrote up an amazing report with photos, explanations, clarifications, he included a glossary of terms and rules and regulations outlined by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors/ Standards of Practice.
He emailed us the electronic report and then called us to go over it in case we didn't understand something. We would highly recommend him. He's passionate and very experienced.
