Well worth every penny!! Have moved several times and this inspector has been the most thorough out of all we have ever had. Showed up on time, spent approximately three hours+ with us going through every detail of the inside and outside, tested every single light socket, fireplace, plumbing etc...
Upon returning home, he sent us (within half an hour of inspection) a detailed email file containing all pictures and all inspection points that included recommendations... a hard copy binder was given to our real estate agent as well.
Excellent home inspector; would definitely use again!
