This company provided excellent service! Their work was completed in a timely fashion, with the care and attention to detail I have not seen with other providers. Also, the owners were both easily accessible via phone and text for any additional questions, which I found immensely helpful and spoke to their high level of customer service. I would definitely recommended this company to anyone looking for an eavestrough specialist!

Our house built around 1978 now looks more solid with the new roof, eavestrough and downspouts. Definitely a quality job and a competent company to deal with from Mark's initial introduction and inspection of roof and eavestrough and downspouts to the final installation and review. The crew were pleasant and respectful and mindful in preparation and during installation keeping the property clear of obstructions, and then followed by a thorough clean up. Mark and his crew worked diligently and with efficient organization in completing the job. We are confident that we made the right choice in Mark and his company.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mark and his team. We had a unique challenge- ledges on the front of our house would collect water when it rained, and drip down the front, resulting in some staining as well as peeling paint on the garage door trim. Mark not only provided a unique solution, but it looked really great as well. I'm writing this review after several rainstorms so I can confirm his solution worked! Mark and his team were very professional, tidy and clean. It was a pleasure working with Ontario Downspout Service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!

Mark and his assistant Hector are extremely professional. Before contracting the job, Mark pointed out all the problems, and very honestly told me that he wouldn't make any repairs as the eaves were beyond repair. They were over 40 years, original to the house. They came on time, worked hard, precisely and once finished, cleaned up after finishing. You never would guess that a contractor worked most of the day around the house. Mark pointed out several improvements to the existing eaves layout which make a lot of sense and will improve the water flow and snow and ice melting, protecting the roof and the house. I not only recommend Mark and his assistant, but will call them again when I need to replace my roof, which probably is due in a couple of years.

Mark and his assistant Hector, were quick to come to my home to fix a problem with the eaves. Their visit greatly alleviated my anxiety! They explained every detail of the process to me. I trust Mark and recommend him unreservedly.

I had an issue with a plastic attachment to my downspout which cracked. I called Ontario Downspout about having this replaced with an actual aluminum extension. Mark was here within 3 hours and not only added extension discreetly but actually fixed the downspout the extension was attached to.

I am thrilled with the results and the speed of response and service.

We had a same day emergency come up - strong wind in a winter storm blew our eavestroughs off and they were dangling 3 stories up. Mark and his colleague were able to show up within a couple ours during a break in the storm and fix our eavestroughs in less than ideal conditions.
They were professional, detail oriented and did an excellent job fixing everything up. Mark even found a critical error in our troughs that likely contributed to them coming apart in the storm and was able to fix it on the spot.
The piece of mind he and his team were able to provide and so promptly was phenomenal.
I would highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service and will be coming back to them for any future needs!

Mark, Hector and their team have done multiple repairs for me in the past. Most recently, they did a fairly significant replacement to a section of flat roof and all the eaves and gutters. He kept me up to date during the work and informed me of anything that was of concern.
Mark is responsive, punctual and does not cut corners. He takes great pride in his work, keeps the site clean and goes above and beyond, doing whats best to provide a long term solution.
