Eavestrough/downspout replacement
I contacted the company for an assessment of my ageing eavestroughs due to recent water problems in my basement whenever it rained. Mark arrived the next day to conduct an inspection & outlined the problem areas (complete with pictures), recommending new eavestroughs as well as the addition of an extra downspout to more effectively direct water away from the house. Work started 2 days later. While Mark & his 5-member team were removing the old eavestroughs they discovered there was no fascia board. After discussing the matter with me, Mark was able to get & instal some the same day. He also arranged to obtain a leaf guard system which I decided was necessary given the very large oak tree in my garden. The entire job, including some repairs to the roof, was completed the next day.
I was very impressed with Mark & his team & the quality of their work. These are professionals who know their business, respect the customer & keep him/her informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service.
