Messaged O.D. through Homestars to get a quote. Mark called me back the same day for more details. He was very honest with me and his over-the-phone assessment was spot on.
When he came by the house to give a quote, he was the only person to actually pull out a ladder and take a close look at the situation. Again he was honest, gave options and did not upsell me.
When O.D. came to do the work, they were punctual, and respectful of our property. When completed, Mark walked me through the work done, and made sure I was happy with the job: I was indeed very happy with the results.
I would say you're in very good hands with Ontario Downspout. I will hire them again in the future for other work.
