Ontario Downspout Service

Part of our down-pipe on the second story just fell off and we now had a hole in our eaves where it used to be attached. Our neighbour had just hired Ontario Downspout 3 weeks prior to replace his eaves system and I could see the quality of the work they did for him. I called and discussed the option to repair or replace our system. I got great advice on the pros and cons of each option and decided that our builder-grade system was on its last legs. Because we had a hole in our eaves, they scheduled us quickly to minimize damage due to the missing piece. I was worried about the colour options and was pleasantly surprised to see all the colour choices. I found one that perfectly matched our metal roof. It looks like it was part of the original roof and it makes the house look more custom. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Neighbours have stopped to comment on the colour and how nice the new system looks. The new eaves and down-pipes are bigger than the old ones and are now properly positioned to direct the water from the house. It may not be the most exciting thing to get new eaves but the peace of mind that the water won't run into my basement is priceless.
