We ordered a preassembled 8 x 12 Vera a shed last fall for delivery this May. My neighbour who is a contractor and I worked on it over the summer. We followed the building plans to the best of our ability. We did have to call the technical help desk on a couple of occasions for clarification and they were very helpful.
We did run into a situation when we nailed all the strapping to the walls only to discover after that they were too thick. I called to let them know and they immediately sent a couple of workers with the correct strapping and they removed the wrong ones.
Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the product. We received many complements!
