H&Y Kitchen Bath

Awful customer service from the beginning but we gave them a chance based on a friend who used them.

They didn’t fire anyone so don’t listen to the response they give in the reviews! It’s his sister so it’s all false!! They will take your money and on the last payment date and they won’t come back to finish the job! No warranty at all because they will never return to finish the job and will not call you back! Disgusting and dishonest people! We have been calling for over a year and still nothing!

The counter top broke 2 months after purchase. Contacted the owner a number of time. He denied fixing the issue. I do not recommend them to anyone. Costly mistake for me

Perfect service with fair cost. Allan from HY had done a great job for my kitchen. The entire job was done in a timely manner and no debris was left when the job was finished. Allan is well communicated and understood what we want. He also made valuable suggestions in the design layout which was missed in my request. Allan also reduced his prices as soon as we decided to exclude some of the kitchen cabinets.

With his years of experience from the industry, not only I was able to save some money but also lots of trouble which I might get in final inspection from the city. Later on, my renovation contractor also confirmed that it would be a huge issue in moving appliances inside the kitchen if we would not have followed advice from Allan & installed all the cabinets.

Overall Allan and his team is highly professional, honest, Years of experience from the industry (Which always reflects from his work & suggestions), reliable & motivated to perfection in his job. I highly recommend HY if you are thinking about reno or anything in your kitchen. I gave 10 out of 10.

Everything seemed fine until they actually installed the countertops. They did it at night. The next day I noticed the counter along the seams (two) were damaged as if someone took a sander to it, not shiny like the rest of the countertops. It appears this damage was done while cutting. H & Y sent out a man who did not speak english. He mimed he did not understand my concern and appeared to mime he did not see the matte finish spreading about 1 to 2 inches along each seam. On the phone Suzy kept telling me the man said there was no problem. Terrible customer service. I went elsewhere for my bathroom countertops - I am really unhappy with their work and terrible customer service. They took no responsibility for the damage. Avoid.

H&Y Kitchen was referred to us by a neighbour. H&Y managed the project of upgrading our kitchen (new cabinets, counter tops, sink and range with outside exhaust). Susie from H&Y was quite helpful and very knowledgeable in laying out our kitchen design based on what we wanted to do. The project was done on time and on budget. The project was completed in early November 2016 and I wanted to wait at least one month before I leave a feedback in case there are issues that needed to be address after installation. So far, we have been very happy with our kitchen and our family had already commented how spacious and how our kitchen now has a nice "flow". Thanks Suzie for all your help!!!

We had an island custom built over a year ago but just recently had the countertop installed. We originally shopped for the thicker 3CM granite elsewhere but then realized the island was built for the 3/4" with a lip. (I prefer this anyway because it looks thicker).
I googled countertops in my area, walked into H&Y and was helped to choose a quartz stone and edging style.
It was made and installed in a few days, earlier than i was originally scheduled which was great.
Everything turned out fantastic and looks beautiful.

We had a great experience with H& Y Kitchen bath. We were able to get the perfect granite countertops for our kitchen. The granite came and they installed it for us. The only issue was that we were expecting one of the counters to be one slab and they needed to make it two with a seam. I would have been happier to know about this before it arrived at the house. I understand why it needed to be done with the dimensions of the entrance to our house. They were very professional and the counters are beautiful.
