Restoration Aid

I wanted to recommend Ram Gilad from Restoration Aid. I learnt about Restoration Aid through a colleague.

Restoration Aid does water damage restoration as well as asbestos and mold remediation. They give preferred rates to DEL clients and Ram is a total pleasure to work with and extremely punctual and quick.

Recently, Restoration Aid helped me with a flood at Republic II when a suite flooded on the 22nd floor.

If any of our other Property Manager’s are looking for a great vendor to work with I highly recommend Restoration Aid. Ram has also informed me that he is willing to meet with any DEL staff member to discuss his services.

We had a flood in our basement and widespread panic ensued, water water everywhere.

We called Restoration Aid, not only were Ram and his crew quick to respond, they were quick to bring order to the situation. Within 24 hours they had removed all of the water and damaged areas of the basement, and had the rest of it drying. The work was impeccable, and their professionalism was top notch.

Look no further than Restoration Aid....this is being edited, you may want to rethink using this people.

i forgot to come back and edit this....we had a crew come in to begin the renovation of the basement, and they needed somewhere to store some things, i opened up the storage room; to find that Restoration Aid didn't dispose of everything- THEY SHOVED A TONNE OF IT INTO THE BACK STORAGE ROOM OUT OF SITE. BOARDS WITH NAILS STICKING OUT, PEICES OF DRYWALL, GARBAGE, YOU NAME IT.

At first they were great, now, they seem like a bunch of lazy people who cut corners and hope they do not get caught.

If you don't mind paying someone then spending 5 hours cleaning up their mess- use these guys.

I was just recently faced with a sewer back up in my basement apartment. My landlord called RESTORATION AID to assist with the damages caused by the flood. The crew came out and worked very quickly, they were very professional as well as VERY helpful. I would definately use this specific Crew again. Special thanks to RAM and ANGEL !

We unfortunately had a leak from our water tank which had rusted out, and we called a few companies to come round and help with the water damage to carpets and walls. Ram at Restoration Aid was responsive and helpful from the very start, he came round within a day and the work itself started the same day. He kept us updated on progress and explained the process to us throughout.
Overall very happy we find Restoration Aid, at what is a stressful time they really helped take away a lot of the pain of the clean up. Although I hope we don't have to, for obvious reasons, we would use them again and definitely recommend to others to use.

I would like to share my experience dealing with Ram from Restoration Aid Toronto.
I called five companies after our basement got flooded from water backed from the street(we did not have a back flow preventer)
Ram was the only one that actually answered the phone.
He came over to give us an estimate.
He was able to start the restoration process right away.

We recommend you to use his services.

Restoration Aid was the 3rd company I called when my swear backed up in my basement, the other 2 companies could send someone in 3-4 hours, Ram and his team came in less than an hour!
They explain the process to me and talked to my landlord about the different options.
Their equipment was very impressive and brand-new, and the cleaning crew was very ethereal, quick and respected our privacy.
I was surprised that even due I had a sewer backup I was able to still live in the house with my family.
They made dealing with the insurance a pleasurable experience!

The team at resotration aid responded in a very quick time to my call, I was very impresed with their technology and service. they helped save a lot of my belongings and cleaned up the mass very efficiently. In 3 days the saved all the drywall and baseboards, thanks to that I didn't need to use my insurance and damage my policy. They were honest, and very well priced in compare to the other companies that I called. I would reccomend their service to anyone I know.

Our kitchen had major mold and needed to be completely deconstructed, sealed off and treated, and reconstructed. Ram and his crew were incredibly competent, reliable, and quick, not to mention pleasant. They even managed to save and re-install our counter-top, which even the insurance adjustor (who would have had to pay for it) thought it would be impossible to do. Ram worked very well with the insurance adjustor to get us covered, and he charged very reasonably and honestly for extra-insurance work such as painting the non-damaged part of our basement. Highly, highly recommended.
