We've been having raccoon and squirrel issues this year. We always appreciate Sande's prompt and professional service. He installed roofline screen and one-way door efficiently, and fixed some loose shingles with no extra charge. I like that he takes the time to explain things and provides you with before and after photos of his work so you can see what was done. Highly recommend.

Its unfortunate that a Raccoon likes to come by from time to time to rip shingles along the roofline. Luckily Squirrels can't tear shingles off, however, once the Raccoon tears shingles off the roof it exposes the wood underneath which of course is easy for Squirrels to chew through. With the damaged shingles repaired, the Squirrel entry point secured with a one way door which just leaves the entry point to repair when we come to close the door. Hopefully the annoying Raccoon that keeps damaging your shingles has moved elsewhere now, however, if the Raccoon does come back again it would definitely be suggested to secure the roofline as mentioned.
