Maple Leaf Garage Doors

My garage door was having issues this winter due to one of the wheels/rollers constantly popping out of the railing. As the garage closed the roller would jam into the rail and bounce back up. I was forced to get out of my car and hammer the roller back into the rail everytime. Found Steve here who was prompt with his responses and nothing short of quick to provide me with an estimate and a turnaround time of less than a week to get to me. On the day he was to come, he kept me updated with his schedule and when he would arrive. He did a maintenance service which included fixing the rollers and lubrication etc. Garage thus far has been smooth and has not given me any issues. Definitely smoother than it was before and quieter again. Thanks Steve.

We had amazing service from this company, very fast response and work done promptly and they cleaned up so well after them! They even had to adjust a part to make it fit better to our driveway and they came back and replaced it in no time. Also they text :)!

Steve came in a provided a fair quote and he came and completed the installation the next week. Everything was as agreed in terms of cost, installation and completion timelines.

He and his employee worked in the dead of winter, probably in one of the coldest days in December. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with the work. Because of the shape of the garage and the way the doorway was constructed on this old garage Steve had to make several adjustments to make the door and all mechanisms fit.

After the installation they cleaned up the place and wiped the door and the frame clean.

Today he came over, of his own initiative, because he remembered that my cement was not straight where the door closes and he brought over a bigger weather seal to install so the door can touch the floor.

They are very thorough and did great work. No complaints. I recommend them fully.

Stephen was quick, friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. He took away my old parts on my request too. Stephen communicated with me to set up a time that was convenient for me and followed through as planned. I wouldn't hesitate to use Maple Leaf Garage Doors again. I plan to change the physical doors and after leaving me very satisfied with their work, I will absolutely be asking Stephen and his team back to do this for me.

Steve arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. He reviewed the problem with us, replaced the very old door spring, installed a new bracket at no charge and lubricated everything. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again.
