Steve answered the phone. He came to give me a quote the same day. He ordered the door within a day and was back to install in 2 days. They did an amazing job, fixed all the problems with the previous install and left me a excellent product done right. If you want your garage doors installed properly by a professional, then hire Steve. I am very picky and I know when it is done right or wrong. Steve does it right and is very responsive.

Steve did a great job re-installing the garage door which had been poorly installed before by someone else. Now it works very well. He got back to me promptly when I contacted him and did the work when he said he would. Highly recommended.

Garage door opener broke and I called Steve, he was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule. They arrived on time, did everything efficiently in a tidy manner and learned a lot from Steve, turns out there's so much thing I don't know about my own garage. Steve was awesome! He came out and did a last minute quote right before Christmas. He was extremely honest about my options and did not try to upsell or push for the replacement of my opener. I actually received estimates from other companies but I could not compare on the quality and manufacturing of the doors. I ended up picking the higher end insulated door because I felt it was worth the incremental amount. It has made a huge difference to the temperature within my home and it also glides so smoothly and makes barely any noise (despite the 10 year old opener). I love it!

Brand new home needing 2 garage door openers. Called Steve he made recommendations based on what I told him I needed, recommending the belt drive unit ( which we absolutely love, very quiet ! ) He managed to fit me in the next day as I told him this was a rush. They arrived on time, kept a very clean work area and finished job in less time than he estimated. He added reinforcing bar to the top of the garage doors (builders door, that Steve will replace shortly ) and noticed a broken bolt which he replaced. An excellent experience, very pleased with his responsiveness, the work they performed, the openers they recommended. Exceptional, very highly recommended.

Contacted Steve by e-mail from their website, he responded back within about 24 hours. I had issues with the rail on one side of my garage door. I sent photos detailing the problem, he responded quickly with an estimate and sincere advice for repair.

They arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the work done, I'd highly recommend them!
