I have a double garage door. One day the left spring snapped. In addition to not being able to lift the door the motor arm was ripped away from the door panel.
Steve and Andrew arrived within 24 hours and replaced the spring and attachment to the door. The door works better than new. Excellent and timely service. I will call them again when needed. They are highly recommended. Thanks to you both.

Garage door spring snapped & cables broke. Called Steve and he was able to come out in a little over 1 day. Was quick, polite and professional, providing a quote bfore doing any work. Steve took the time to explain what happened, how the parts can wear down over time and how to properly care for and maintain them going forward. He didn't rush the job and took time to inspect his work and the door track alignment, making sure the doors opened/closed before wrapping up.

Steve and team were pretty awesome at replacing our aging garage door. He walked us through the process of what we needed to replace and what didnt (our garage door opener was fine to keep). Once we gave them the go ahead on the project, he came by within a week and a half ready to finish the work; we were lucky they had the door in stock. Job was done within half a day and the door looks great. Steve also went out of his way to get us the colour swatch so that we could match the colour of the decorative piece above the garage door with the end capping. Were pretty happy with the outcome of this work.
