One of the springs broke on our double car garage door late on a Friday evening. Steve responded very quickly to my phone call and walked me through opening the door so we could get the cars out for the weekend. Steve came by on Monday evening as promised and walked us through options if we wanted to replace the door completely or simply repair the broken springs. He had catalogues and samples of new door options and was able to provide quotes on the spot. He was very patient as we thought through our options. He left us to think about it and eventually we decided to simply repair the springs. He arrived and repaired the door on time and also made adjustments and maintenance recommendations. Maple Leaf Doors is a very professional company. In January 2016, Steve came by to provide estimates and was prompt and courteous. In the following MONTHS as we were making our decisions, he responded quickly to all of our many inquiries. His professionalism and patience in dealing with us played a major factor in ultimately choosing his services.
In June, on the day of the job, they arrived exactly on schedule and got the job done efficiently with excellent workmanship, including full cleanup. Our old steel flip-out door had worn down and was replaced with an insulated, sectional door as well as a new opener. Dave came out to replace our aluminum capping and did an excellent job. We were extremely pleased with their work and have enjoyed our new door & opener without any issues for two weeks now. AMAZING JOB, STEVE & DAVE!

Steve was freindly, knowledgable and professional. The doors look fantastic AND Dave, who installed the trim, is a true craftsman. We loved the final product. The R17 insulation on the garage doors was a bonus. Bottom line - you can get garage doors anywhere for about the same price, but I think you will be VERY satisified with MAple Leaf.

My husband and I expected a more difficult and expensive process getting our garage door replaced, but it turned out to be affordable and very simple. Steve was great to deal with, and he quoted and completed the job very quickly. No complaints at all.

What impressed me however was that without asking, he made adjustments to one of the doors which was out of alignment, then went over all of the moving parts, checking and lubricating them. We are very lucky to have found Steve for our massive garage repair. We moved into a preconstruction recently and although some repairs are expected of mass produced homes, we didn't think we'd have such a large repair needed for the garage. The whole thing was just built with poor craftsmanship and cheaply made as well. After only 2 months of use, the garage door jammed on several occasions rendering it useless. After several failed attempts by our builder to fix the issue (they also made it worse!!), we called Steve, and we are so glad that we did. He fixed the mistakes caused by the builder, and reinforced and realigned the frame, spring and bar, and creatively corrected all of the other problems so that we would not have to deal with these issues again. Steve is very professional, quick, but really takes the time to do the job well. He takes care of his customers. It's rare to come by professionals that truly value customer satisfaction over making a quick buck. There were so many issues, but he fixed all of them and stayed until the job was done. He not only has a good work ethic, but you can tell that he is a good person. Steve's prices are very fair and he doesn't do any of that upselling nonsense. Remember you're not just hiring the professional for what they do, you are hiring them for what they KNOW. I can't begin to explain all of the obstacles he had to overcome (with our horribly designed garage) to get the job done. Also, I have to add that I had no idea until the end that he had a bad foot injury, but still showed up to work and made time for us. The service is above our expectations and we cannot have asked for a better person for the job.
