We are very lucky to have found Steve for our massive garage repair. We moved into a preconstruction recently and although some repairs are expected of mass produced homes, we didn't think we'd have such a large repair needed for the garage. The whole thing was just built with poor craftsmanship and cheaply made as well. After only 2 months of use, the garage door jammed on several occasions rendering it useless. After several failed attempts by our builder to fix the issue (they also made it worse!!), we called Steve, and we are so glad that we did. He fixed the mistakes caused by the builder, and reinforced and realigned the frame, spring and bar, and creatively corrected all of the other problems so that we would not have to deal with these issues again. Steve is very professional, quick, but really takes the time to do the job well. He takes care of his customers. It's rare to come by professionals that truly value customer satisfaction over making a quick buck. There were so many issues, but he fixed all of them and stayed until the job was done. He not only has a good work ethic, but you can tell that he is a good person. Steve's prices are very fair and he doesn't do any of that upselling nonsense. Remember you're not just hiring the professional for what they do, you are hiring them for what they KNOW. I can't begin to explain all of the obstacles he had to overcome (with our horribly designed garage) to get the job done. Also, I have to add that I had no idea until the end that he had a bad foot injury, but still showed up to work and made time for us. The service is above our expectations and we cannot have asked for a better person for the job. We had the pleasure of working with Serhat. He came on time, worked quickly and did a very thorough job. He was very knowledgeable and informative, I felt fully aware of the functionalities of the furniture. He took the time to explain how every worked once it was assembled, including showing me how to set the lock for the filing cabinet. He also placed them exactly where I had asked. We felt that we were taken care of as Serhat had a lot of experience and he knew the items inside out. We really appreciated how quickly he worked while still being careful and protecting the walls and floor.
