Called Steve, broken cable on one side prevented door from opening even manually. He came out very promptly and replaced both cables at a very reasonable price and advised me to spray before winter to prevent this from happening again. Appreciate the prompt service and preventative maintenance tip. I found Steve to be very personable and helpful. This was a referral from a friend who Steve installed 2 garage doors for and he was also very pleased with the service received. Keep up the good work. Gold star

Yeah, if you spray those cable loops with a rust inhibiting spray before the winter you can prevent them from ever breaking.
