In less than an hour, Steve had my garage door back on track and the opener -- which we had written off as long dead -- operational. Steve was timely -- well within the service window, fast -- in and out in less than hour and educational. Not only did he fix the issue but showed me how it can be better maintained for longer life. Maple Leaf Garage Doors came highly recommended and i was not disappointed!

Thanks for the review. Yes, the opener wasn't broken at all, the chain had just come off and the wall button was never wired correctly. Happy to fix it.
