After some Water proofing companies quoted us $1000's of dollars, Selara's solution was not complicated and very affordable. They use the latest technology in Concrete Crack Injection. The service tech show up as scheduled and started the work, very polite and courteous. He protected the area where he was working and he completed the work in very clean manner. I had a crack in my foundation wall in the basement that had previously been fixed by a contractor that did an extremely terrible job, and did not fix the problem at all! Within a year the crack had further enlarged, causing a larger water leak in my basement. So decided to find a reputable company to get the job done, and done right. Found Selara Building Services online and gave them a call. Eddie from the company came in to give me a quote and clearly explained what the problem was and explained the solution. The quote he gave me was very reasonable and beat all other companies that would promise you to be the best in the industry- pricewise and by standards. The next day, SBS came to my house to start the job. They cleared out the area well, and exposed all the damaged parts of my foundation to be fixed. They made sure they took time at every step of the crack filling process to explain the procedure they would be using and it really helped me learn more about the problem and the solution. The crack was major and there was more than what was initially seen. The job took 2 days and about 3 visits, and the whole job was tested and proved to be waterproofed.
