We were looking for a Character Grand piano for our home and had an excellent experience with Ilya Vilner. He was extremely knowledgable and has been working with pianos for 30 plus years. That alone tells you regarding his experience. He is very upfront kind of guy and to the point. The good thing is that he never tried to up sell or confuse us with too many choices. Everything went smooth and 3 days later we had the piano delivered to our home with very courteous staff that installed it very gently without a scratch to the 600 plus pounds piano. They don't call them PIANO MOVERS for nothing!!
You do get a good price with him as he does not run a fancy business with 20K minimum Grand Pianos.
Here is my advice, if you are in market for a piano, do your math & check prices @ U.S/canadian sites and then go to Ilya and I am sure you would be glad you did.
