Jess came to check out our air conditioner for regular maintenance and did a great job. She was very pleasant and listened to a concern I had.
She fixed my concern and explained it to me in terms I understood, which means a lot to me. GREAT TO SEE A WOMAN ON THE JOB!
I would also like to mention how pleasant Ann is. She is always very calming and courteous even in stressful times.
