Wayne Right Building & Renovating

WayneRight Construction is about to start their third renovation for us in six years. We have been extremely happy with the quality of work, including lovely creative touches.

Wayne has followed specs in detail, and is also able to read my mind when I could not make a decision. He is respectful of the environment, working around our schedule and informing us when he cannot come.

Wayne works as a general contractor or does the work himself, depending on the situation. He can build a new house or renovate a small bathroom. For us, he has replaced half our second floor, added a bathroom, gutted and remade a second bathroom, replaced windows and doors, added railings, wiring, and a host of other upgrades. For a friend to whom we recommended Wayne, he did a successful entire basement remodeling. For another friend he is building a house. For another he remodeled their kitchen.

The only small negative would be that the last 1% of work to wrap-up is a challenge. He did complete the work in each case.

The prices were always reasonable and written down and agreed to at every step.
