We recently purchased an apartment in an older building and had concerns about the condition of the building. Paul came in to help us understand what we can expect for maintenance costs. He was very thorough, clear and frank about what the building would need and what the likely costs would be. He was very thorough in the inspection and very patient while pointing out and explaining details. Paul accommodated our request for a home inspection at a short notice. My wife and I had a very tight deadline for subject removal and Paul was helpful to conduct the home inspection.

He spent good time at the location going through the exterior and interior details. After his inspection, he walked us through all the items that needed attention.
