We had contracted All-Pest Control services on July 6th 2013 in order to take care of scratching sounds coming from the attic and urine smell in one of our rooms. The technician who attended - checked and placed mice baits in the attic (just opened the door and placed did not go in to check), kitchen and garage (even though there was not rat excreta found), and did not check inside the attic or on the roof to at all. Our problem still existed after 6 weeks of service and we recontacted All-Pest since they guarantee 3 months after service care.. The technician arrived (Aug 19th 2013), repeated the process of checking and placed more mice baits in the basement, but still did not physically check attic or roof. 2 weeks later, our problem still existed, so we called with the complaint and request for refund, I was told the owner was handling it and would call me back to discuss the issue, owner never called back. I left 3 more messages to be contacted, still no response from them. We finally contracted another company, who as a part of the diagnostic, climbed up the roof and within 2 minutes found a squirrel hole. He set the trap, and we were rid of the problem.
