Affordable dream home team remodelled, redesigned and did all the job top to bottom upgrade on our house. The result is so beautiful and the layout they designed is so practical.

Farzad has lots of good ideas and he can realize the final job based on his experience. He can help overcome problems throughout project.

We recently hired Farzad and his team to develop our basement. We found Farzad to be very knowledgable regarding the different aspects of developing and helped us make decisions along the way. His team was always respectful of our home and kept the mess to a manageable level. Although there were some bumps along the way (e.g., project took longer than expected, some finishing details were lacking), Farzad was quick to rectify any dissatisfaction and worked hard to ensure our happiness. He went above and beyond what a typical contractor would do (e.g., picking up furniture that we ordered but couldn't fit in our car, painting an upstairs wall for free) and was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone else looking to develop their basement. We feel we got excellent value for the money spent.

Farzad is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but he also gets the work done at a very competitive price and does an excellent job. I highly recommend him for renovations and other home needs.

ADH Canada offered a very competitive price to re-do the surface of the water fountain for the condominium TSCC #1688 located at 1 Clairtrell Road, Toronto. Great and satisfied results.

Farzad and ADH did a great job on my condo bathroom. They installed a new tub with hinged glass screen, tiling of walls with decorative niche , installed recessed, mirrored bathroom cabinets, and a wall hung vanity. They also retiled the flooring. Additionally they also installed pot lights and lights above the vanity. The job was well done and l was very pleased with the results. He was very pleasant to work with, and accommodated the fact that I was living in the unit during the reno. I would highly recommend his firm, especially for condo work which can be additionally challenging. He put in extra effort to ensure the design was functional and suggested alternate ideas which would work in a small space, with structural limitations.
He left me with a modern, updated look with which I was very happy. I considered it money well spent and would use this firm for further work on other areas of my home.

We are very happy with the work Farzad and his team completed. He made sure we were happy every step of the way, and compensated us when a delay occurred. He is very reliable and easy to work with.

Farzad and his team were a genuine pleasure to work with. Our job was fairly complex, and required multiple adjustments due to unexpected building constraints, but the team took it in stride and managed to finish on budget time-wise and deliver a great final product. From a cost perspective, we finished slightly above estimates, but that's pretty much par for the course with these types of renos. Personally, Farzad was always attentive to our needs, and went above-and-beyond on several occasions to ensure our happiness and the project's success (including many late-night status updates).

Net net, we would highly recommend Farzad and his team to anyone interested in a minor or major renovation. It may not have been pretty along the way, but the end result was more than what we could've hoped for.
