As planned, Babak provided full support throughout project and it was finished in a timely manner. I was concerned about changes in the project but at the end I felt he was quite fair and reasonable. He did his best to address unexpected issues quite calmly and to manage them well. He renovated the kitchen and the bathroom for a really great price that fit my budget.

These guys mostly work for big condo projects but a friend recommended and I worked with them. I have renovated before and I seriously believe they have the best tile installers in the market. Adrian is superb at his work. I think he is more of designer when he is able to set the tiles so the lines flow so well. He paid attention to details and the result was amazing. They were always on time early in the morning and worked long hours and got job done in two days. Sam was awesome in communicating and managing everything including arranging for the tile I selected to be delivered and without complications what so ever. I informed them what the job entailed from beginning, and they stuck to the job. They're professionals so it was better to just leave them to the task and not expect them to chit chat during job.

I have spent a long time (two years) with Pestend trying to solve my attic mice problem. They still exist. The company honored their one year warranty and send their technician (Naseer) back to revisit issue and every time he would use more mice poison patches. But they don't seem to work. Then recently I paid them again to come and analyze ways to prevent new mice to get in the house (claim they made was the case). The new technician suggested a few minor tasks that I took care of immediately. But it seems that their material or methods just don't eliminate the problem. In fact, every time I used the old mouse trap, I would catch one daily. So even though they tried, they didn't get the job done. Isn't that what we are looking for? How much more patience can one have with a company? I have had it. I am currently researching for a real professional company who can handle little mice!

Farzad has lots of good ideas and he can realize the final job based on his experience. He can help overcome problems throughout project.

These guys are incredibly professional. I have already introduced Sherwin and Jamie to my friends and real estate clients, all of whom were quite happy and satisfied with their services. They came right away and removed the raccoon from the attic and replaced and sealed all vents including the ones broken by the raccoon. They later came and removed another raccoon from the top of the foyer (outside) and took him away too. Their service was fast and perfect and worth every penny.
