HONESTY/RELIABLE , Mike is not a general contractor that you see periodically and specifically when it's time for a payment . Mike is involved with day to day operation of the renovation. Mike is sincere and cares about the quality of the work and that it done correctly and efficiently . His staff are friendly and know what they are doing.
