Jason B came by on a Saturday to clear a drain for us. He was courteous and respectful and performed his work quickly and efficiently. He also took time to educate me on proper drain maintenance, sharing from his knowledge and experience. When Jason left I felt better informed and more able to look after my home.

I was also impressed by the way Roy Inch & Sons equipped their technicians with the right tools to perform their work well and to complete the business transaction. Having a completed work order and receipt printed out immediately following the job was a new experience for me. This professionalism impressed my wife and I so greatly that we'll be calling on Roy Inch & Sons for any future work.

Larry and Dylan did the annual maintenance on our air conditioner. Jason B. came to do a couple of minor repairs and a plumbing inspection before we moved into our newly acquired house. He was very professional, worked efficiently, and explained what he was doing in a way that was very easy for someone with very little knowledge of plumbing to understand.

Krys K. went about the work in my condo with quiet efficiency. He explained what he was about to do as well as the results of his investigations. I appreciated his affirming and patient manner since I probably ask some dumb questions. (My late husband always looked after these affairs in former times.) Among other tasks, Krys changed the batteries in my thermostat, something I had forgotten to do but something he did without a complaint. Before Krys left, my appointments for next year were set and I have peace of mind, knowing I can call Roy Inch if a heating or cooling problem occurs.

Today we had one of our two allotted services for this year. Today's service covered the review of our Air Conditioner system prior to the upcoming season. Roy Inch & Sons service has always been of the highest quality and todays service was no exception. Starting with our Service Technician Mr. Larry Curts the service is carried out with the utmost professionalism in both customer interaction and the in the work performed on our units.
