I called Roy Inch and Sons because I had a sewage backup in my basement shower. I was given an appointment time between 10 and 12 a.m. Jason arrived at our home at 11 a.m. and solved our draining issue. Thank you again Jason.

Jason Bierworth went out of his way to fix my situation he was very helpful. Would ask for him again he was helpful in making sugestions for the part he couldn't do.

Brandon was very polite and friendly. He answered a few questions for me with good information and explanations for the answers, which I appreciated. He did a thorough checkup of the furnace and humidifier.

Krys & Brandon showed up on time and performed the annual furnace maintenance on my 9 year old Lennox 2 stage furnace. All seemed to be in good shape, have to keep an eye on the inductor boot as it seems to have a tear in it.

Resolved an A/C issue while on site.

Changed the speeds of the fan motor and forget to advise. Had to have another tech come later that evening to make sure all was correct. Which it was, the fan speeds had just been lowered to optimize humidity removal when the A/C is on. As it was not ramping up as high as I had been use to, thought there was a problem.

Recently had Brandon B. in for a scheduled furnace and AC maintenance. On time, professional and personable. Definitely an asset to your company. Employees like Brandon are why I deal with Roy Inch.

Very satisfied as a regular customer. Brandon diagnosed a problem I was having with thermostat on fireplace . He found a reasonable solution that prevented a return visit. He quickly installed the fix. The cost was appropriate for his extra time.

Arrived when promised. Brandon Baldwin was very personal and professional. The inspection was completed in a timely manor and all my questions were answered. Before he left he made sure that inspections of my A/C and Heating were scheduled for 2017.

Have had water heater, furnace and air conditioner replaced in the past year+.
