Roy Inch installed our original furnace/AC when we built our home in 1996. I guess our furnace, at the time the best on the market, turned out to be a bit of a lemon. Over the years, on repeated service calls, Roy Inch has provided prompt and reliable service. This time round, the initial technician responding to the call, the sales rep and the installation team of 4 were friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. We look forward to equally dependable service in the future.
