Moe and the guys from LC Contracting did a half basement renovation for me after my pipes burst this winter. Chris, from Plumb It To Earth, recommended him, and Moe showed up the same day I called him.

He looked the job over, and in his easy and honest manner explained what the issues might be and gave me a quote on the spot. He and his crew started the work within the week, showed up on time each day and put in full days to get the job done. When extra framing was required, or some old electrical work wasn’t up to code he took the time to show me what the issues were, and explained why and how he had to fix it. The job went from flooded mess to a nice, warm, well lit basement space in a week, and he and his guys worked a double at the end of the job so my sister in law could move back in when she had planned to. I

We found Frank & Moe because they built a similar garage to the one we wanted for a neighbour. We started with a bathroom reno as a test run, and with the amazing success of the project, we knew they were our guys for the biggest project we would undertake for our home in Riverdale.
