Roof Replacement & Insulation Upgrade
Thanks Dave for taking the time to write about our company, we appreciate your time and referral.
Best Regards.

Thanks Bryn for taking the time to write about our company, we appreciate your business. Installing an air ventilation system that actually circulated fresh air into and out of the attic was just as important as the high performance shingle that we installed. It is great with this hot and humid summer we have so far endured, that you feel the comfort difference inside the house.
Thank you!
Good roof replacement, with minor issues
Thank you Alex for your business and taking the time to write about our company. We were happy to help you in the attic, re-connecting the exhaust fan hoses to the roof exhaust vents and drilling the holes needed to connect these hoses to the fans. After a few items had been overlooked in the darkness, we appreciated your call and the opportunity to promptly correct the items. I am a happy to report a job well done. All the best Alex. Thank you!
Roof insulation, soffit vents, roof boards, shingles
Thanks Jose, we appreciate your business. Jose came across our company while trying to solve the frustration of how his 25 year shingles had lasted less than 10 years. Jose's roof had shingles that were badly curled up and loose after only a few years. Upon further inspection we discovered a serious ventilation issue. His vented soffits had solid wood soffits underneath that hadn't been removed prior to installation of his exterior vented metal soffits. This meant no fresh air was getting into the attic space to let the hot and humid air out through his roof vents. This lack of ventilation caused his roof boards to rot and black mold to form on the underside. Once these were removed and mold treatment was applied, the attic insulation was replaced and topped up to an EnergyStar R60 rating. The last thing was to install the soffit vents and upgrade the rooftop air vents. Jose can now look forward to decades of worry-free protection. All the best Jose.
Thank you.
Thank you Mike for taking time out of your busy schedule to write about the crew and the work we did. We appreciate your business and were happy to solve the ventilation issues that had your 12 year new home already needing a new roof.
Thanks Mike, all the best!
Thanks Ivanka, we appreciate your business and taking the time to write about our crew and the job we performed. We were happy to solve the ventilation issue in the attic that was causing your previous roof to short circuit well before the end of its rated lifespan. Your new lifetime roofing system will provide decades of worry free protection. All the best James and Ivanka.
Thanks.
Thank you Jared for your business and taking the time to share your experience. We knew we were going to need a couple of days to tackle this large 2 storey steep roof and were glad the weather finally gave us a window of opportunity to jump through. We are happy to see you pleased with the finished product. All the best Jared. Thanks.
Thank you Sue for your business! It is our experience with the majority of homes into their 1st or 2nd re-roof that the lack of attention given to the internal components of the air ventilation system just end up short circuiting good roofs that should otherwise last their rated lifespan. In addition to your roof air vents, it is critical to ensure that your air ventilation system has the correct amount of unobstructed vented soffits around the house. It is equally critical to ensure you have the correct amount of unobstructed baffle vents in the attic to allow that fresh air from those vented soffits to get past the insulation layer in the attic. Sue wisely updated her attic insulation to an EnergyStar rating of R60 at the same time as the roof renovation. This ventilation and insulation upgraded together with her new high performance roofing system will provide decades of worry free protection to go along with some serious savings on her heating and air conditioning bills.
Thank you for your business Mike. We appreciate the work and the time you took to write a review of the crew. Air ventilation systems involve more than just roof vents. In this case we needed to upgrade the baffle vents in the attic and improve the airflow at the soffit vents in order for the new air ventilation system to be effective. In addition to a longer lasting roof, Mike can look forward to lower heating and a/c bills as a direct result of his better air ventilation system. I am pleased to report a job well done. Mike's new roof will provide decades of protection.
