If you are a small consumer know that this is an expanding regional chain oriented towards business to business service and sales. As such, for small consumer DIY projects, be aware that the terms and conditions on your receipt disqualify virtually everything from returns, including commercially bagged items. One of these items, polymeric sand, has very strict weather requirements for its application; therefore, you had better have enough to complete the work in one go. If you have leftovers in sale condition, it cannot be returned and will go to patio maintenance in 3 years, for me an advance investment in a product that someone could have used now and a pain in the butt to store. It is not my job to ensure the sustainability of the adopted business model but to act as this consumer sees fit, which is to withdraw my further business. This is not the only mid-market size service to act in this way but the current increasing tendency for monopolizing business is to lock in higher sales and higher prices at the expense of consumer experience.
