Mike the Technician came to our rescue almost immediately, having come from a previous job when the rains were at their pinnacle last week. He did a thorough inspection, assessed the damage and what needed to be done and was very cordial, friendly and respectful. His honesty and concern was evident from the start and he was able to reassure us that the work needed to be done would be done professionally and efficiently, taking full responsibility for the work done.
