We got our new windows from them and we are extremely satisfied with their service and with our new windows. Their staff were professional and very minimal cleanup to do after the installation. Dont even need to paint the window trim. All we need to do is to re-install our blinds.

Thanks for Alex to replace all our windows in a quick response. The windows are solid and nice. The installers are professional. My friend warned me that replacing windows may lead to a dustic and may damage your carpet. That didn't happen to me when RVW replaced all our 23 windows. One of biggest windows has been mistakenly designed by the manufactory. Alex helped me to replace it without any cost plus he could arrange to install it as soon as he received it. Alex and his team were able to provide a competitive estimate and were flexible with install days based on our schedule. They were efficient installing the windows and 3 patio doors, including 2 enlarged basement windows.
