Best Emergency Plumber Service
I had a basement standup shower that wouldn't shut off (previously was working) and this happened late on Friday night.
Ended up shutting off the main house water valve (no water in the house) just to stop the water (no shutoff valve to that standup shower).
Called Cam on Sat morning (I just googled plumbing in my area) and he sent Indra over within 1hr.
Indra was amazing - he meticulously troubleshooted the problem (it took a few attempts) but finally was able to swap out the problematic water cartridge with a new one and made sure that the shower would stay fully off. He also gave me a quick lesson on the type of Delta one handle shower faucet that I had and the issues it has (and how to prevent this from happening again).
While there, Indra was able to also install the shutoff valves to the standup shower and he noticed that one of the pex pipes had a slight nick and quickly swapped that piece for a new one.
Absolute lifesaver as I had a house party I was hosting that night. Took a few hrs but well worth it.
I'll definitely go back to Cam and Indra for all my emergency and non-emergency plumbing needs! Keep up the good work gents!
