After frantically plunging and using drain cleaner to no avail, I called Everest, and within a couple of hours they sent a technician to my home. The gentleman who took my call assured me that they wanted to help and sent Indra, who was very efficient, polite and tidy. Indra snaked the drain and tested the system to ensure the blockage was removed, as well as put everything back properly to ensure that there would be no leaks. I'm very pleased with the service and cost of this job.
