Saunders Renovations

I had the pleasure of having Bruce Saunders in my home to install shelving . I was making a room into a rather large closet. I explained what I wanted to Bruce and voila in less then 2 days there it was. Bruce is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. He is pleasant, on time and his quote was more than reasonable. I am already thinking of more projects...and yes...I will call Saunders Renovations again.

I have used Bruce on multiple occasions for improvements and repairs to my property. He has worked on large projects, such as a bathroom and kitchen renovations, and smaller repairs and maintenance. He has always been professional and on time with solid work completed. I particularly appreciate that he also makes himself available tackle the essential smaller repairs and projects that property maintenance entails.

The work done Saunders Renovations was top notch. The estimate given was met both in regard to time (it was completed at the low end given) as well as price. We couldn't be happier with how it looks and Bruce's recommendation to do the doorframe a certain way made the whole ground floor look even better. I'll be hiring Bruce again to do some additional work in the near future for sure.

Some people would think that it would be a lost cause asking busy renovation companies to help with a small job like drilling a mount into a concrete wall. That was not the case with Saunders Renovations. I received a response from Bruce within a day and he was happy to take on the simple task. He was knowledgable, honest and reliable and I definitely recommend his services.

Saunders renovations gave me a level of service that is hard to find in Toronto. They were upfront, honest, and best of all on time. They provided me with a number of options that fit my budget and provided superior work. Highly Recommend!
