We had a great experience with Integrity Roofers. Shawn and his team were great! They did a great job and we are so happy with the service we received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We contracted Integrity Roofers in October to replace our flat roof. The flat roof needed to be tied into: 1) sloping shingled roof, 2) a dormer; and 3) neighbour's roof with different system (tar and gravel). Because it was late in the season we had difficulty getting companies to return our calls for the work. However, Integrity Roofers responded to our query and was available immediately to come look at the roof. The quote was very reasonable given what was required. The Team (Vincent and crew) did an amazing job. There were a few things that were added to the job as they went along - insulation and replacement of the shingles on sloping roof because there were three layers of old shingles. At each juncture, Integrity Roofers communicated with us on what the issues were and provided details on what would be required. The tie-in with the adjoining roof was tricky and they did a really great job with that. The team paid attention to detail and was very meticulous in their work. We are VERY pleased with our new roof and the quality of the work done by Integrity Roofers. We highly recommend them.

Integrity Roofers just finished doing our roof and aluminum, and I can't thank them enough for the quality of their work. From quotation to completion it was an outstanding experience. Cory was terrific, answering questions and providing sound advice. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend this company because they responded promptly to my inquiry and I was provided an estimate very quickly. The big surprise was that there was not additional charges after the work was completed. The work was completed in about half a day, they cleaned up the mess.

So glad there are still companies with integrity like Integrity Roofers Ltd. After the wind storm this year, we lost 1/3 of our shingles. Upon research, we prefered to go with CertainTeed products and therefore looked for certified CertainTeed installers. Cory was very patient with providing answers and was diligent in completing our contract. Project manager Shawn and his team were focused in the work and did not rush through the job. The house now is cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Thank you for taking care of our roof system.
It is unfortunate that the CertainTeed Warranty package still has not arrived, although work has been done at end of July. I hope we hear from someone soon.

Integrity recently redid our shingles and i would highly recommend this company! I had several quotes but found Integrity to be the most thorough. I was impressed when Shay checked out my attic before quoting and saw that there was some water coming in and then came and did a patch job until they could fit me into their schedule. I dreaded having this job done but i was happy with my choice of Integrity and with my new roof!

The office in the front of the house has always been freezing cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We put it off for years, but finally decided to have the attic insulation checked. We initially contacted another company whose representative did not actually go into the attic, but just stood on a ladder and peeked in. When we asked him if the bathroom fans are properly vented to the outside, he said that his company does not do that kind of work and we would have to get that taken care of before insulation was blown into the attic. We thought of calling a roofer and after reading the reviews, we contacted Integrity. Cory was so thorough and spent quite a bit of time inside the roof checking everything, made recommendations and explained very clearly. Integrity takes care of all issues related to the entire roof and the ventilation, including the insulation. Cory saw that the attic above the office was not accessible to top up the insulation. He found a way to make a hole in order to allow the insulation to be blown in. There had almost been no insulation at all in this area. This solved the problem for us. The office is now comfortable. We also notice that the previous draftiness in the house is almost non-existent. Ken did the work to ensure that the bathroom fans have the correct tubing and venting properly to the roof. Everything was cleaned up by the team after they finished working. We are so pleased with the work and staff of this company and will always call them when the need arises. We will of course recommend them to our friends and relatives.

The roofers we previously used had not done a good job and part of our roof leaked. We spoke to Jacob at Integrity and decided to work with them. Jacob helped us find a good solution and the work got done. Now we no longer have a leak.

Integrity was one of the few roofers who would even give me an estimate for my relatively small roof repair (and I called a lot of roofers.) Their estimate of work matched what my roof inspector said I needed done, and the price was fair. They even put up with my request to have my inspector look it over before payment. The work was completed on schedule and “all good” as reported by my inspector. I can’t overstate how important trust is with an expensive job that I can’t personally inspect, and I had absolutely no surprises with this company (aside from pleasant ones.)
