My central vacuum was old and making loud noise for sometime!

I called my son and ask for help, he called Vacuumville and talk to Julian

Julian came to my house the next day and fixed all my inlet valves since they were over 30 years old and yellow!!

And got me a brand new central vacuum that fits in to my budget !

He was kind and patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me to learn about the new high tech central vacuum system,

Just had Julian at vaccumville install a new Electrolux Central Vaccum. I was extremely impressed at the level of service I received from Julian. He was efficient considerate and very friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured that everything was working properly. He took the time to check each socket and replace the outlets that were getting old. He was very fair with pricing and kept to the price we agreed upon on the phone. Highly recommend. You won’t go wrong.

I had an issue with one of my central vacuum outlets not shutting off. I hired Vacuumville to diagnose. Once he arrived he determined that I needed a new outlet . He went through all of the outlets and said two are faulty. He replaced 2 outlets and asked for $250! I asked him what is the breakdown for the service. Then he said ok $200. I wanted him out of my house so I paid him. He mentioned that the covers are $30 each cost. I can buy them for $10. The whole time he was at my house he tried to sell me a brand new central vac. Always changing the price, telling me he will give me a great deal. Overall , just felt swindled. Will not use him again.

Julian arrived promptly at my convenience. He quickly assessed my needs explaining what needed replacing and showing me why. He worked efficiently to replace my central vacuum and the outlets that needed replacing. I was totally satisfied with his service and manner.

We called Julian and his response time was fantastic. He was able to come the next day and was able to quickly asses and fix our issue very quickly and at a great price. We would happily use him again!
