Service was almost instant. This applies both to the show up time (about 1 hr on a Sunday) and the installation time.

My 25+ years old central vac system finally stopped working. Julian was able to come out within a couple of hours and replace and upgrade the system entirely. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Julian to family and friends.

First off Julian answered my call and was able to come to my home the very next day. I told him what was wrong and he was up front with telling me how the service would be charged. We had several problems which he explained everything in detail to my wife and I. He even spoke to my children so they know what items may clog the central vacuum if they use it.
