I called A&T to come out and help me troubleshoot installing an ecobee thermostat. I tried it a couple times myself but wasn't getting any power to the stat. A&T came out and reviewed the HVAC system and diagnosed the problem as poor writing from the original home builder. A&T offered great support and advice with how move forward with the install.
