Eco Bins And Recycling

For a 10 yard bin where 5 base cabinets a 120 sq feet of tiles and 4 pcs of 2 x 4s and some cardboard boxes, I believe I was overcharged. I got billed for a 20 yard bin with 2.95 tons of waste. It took 2 weeks of follow ups for them to email me the charges.When raised the question about the tonnage charge, the secretary told me that if I wanted to get a junk removal for free, I should have just put out the garbage at the curb and it will be picked up for free. You don't get to see the actual tonnage that they picked and weighted at the depot except for what they opt to put in their invoice. I will never use this junk removal provider again nor recommend it. The secretary was rude and insulting.

It was late Sunday afternoon and I was in need of a bin to remove some furniture from my garage. It was no trouble for this company and the bin was in my driveway within the hour.Excellent service Eco Bins

WE WERE DOING A SMALL BATHROOM RENO AND REALIZED THAT WE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET RID OF THE DEBRIS OURSELVES. WE CALLED ECO BINS AND RECYCLING AND WITHIN THE HOUR WE HAD A BIN IN OUR DRIVEWAY. THE COST INCLUDED A ONE WEEK RENTAL. THEY ARE POLITE, EFFICIENT THE BINS ARE AND DON'T DAMAGE THE DRIVEWAY. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND HAVE NO HESITATION TO REFER THEM. FANTASTIC SERVICE!
